Tell Ryan what your vehicle is doing, when it started, and whether anything unusual happened. The more detail you can give, the faster he can assess what is going on. If you are not sure what to say, just describe what you notice when you drive it.

Ryan is often booked several days out. When you call, we will give you an honest estimate on timing and let you know when we can look at it. Walk-ins are welcome but scheduling ahead is always faster.

Ryan inspects the vehicle, confirms the issue, and calls you with what he found and what it will cost. He tells you what is urgent, what can wait, and what you should keep an eye on. No work is done without your approval.

Once you approve the work, Ryan gets it done. For qualifying repairs, the NAPA 24/24 warranty starts automatically. He will let you know what is covered and remind you to keep your receipt.

Ryan calls when the vehicle is ready. If anything unexpected came up during the repair, he will have called you already. At pickup he goes over what was done and answers any questions. He is easy to reach if something comes up afterward.
