This service is available after hours by appointment -- which means you need to call ahead and arrange it with Ryan directly. It is not a 24/7 dispatch line with trucks staged at multiple locations. It is a local mechanic who will come get your vehicle when you need help and he is available.

Flatbed Tow Truck

Ryan uses a flatbed for towing, which is the right tool for a wide range of situations. A flatbed lifts the entire vehicle off the ground, which is important for all-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive vehicles that cannot be towed with two wheels rolling. It also handles vehicles that are too low to the ground for a wheel-lift, vehicles with unusual damage, or any situation where dragging a vehicle by its drive axle would cause additional damage.

Call 515-523-2624. If Ryan does not answer, leave a clear message with your name, your location, and what happened with the vehicle. He will call back as soon as he can. This is not an anonymous dispatch service -- when you call, you are calling Ryan. He will tell you whether he can get there, how long it will take, and what it will cost before you commit to anything.

During Business Hours

If you have a breakdown during normal business hours -- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm -- call the shop first at 515-523-2624. In many cases, you can drive or be driven to the shop directly, or We can coordinate having the vehicle brought in during the workday. After-hours towing is primarily for situations that happen evenings and weekends when the shop is closed.
